What is scar micropigmentation?<\/h2>

Scar micropigmentation<\/strong> is a technique that allows the camouflaging the marks and scars on the skin thanks to the application of coloured pigments, creating a colour that is almost exactly the same as the surrounding healthy skin where it is applied.<\/p>

It is a non-invasive and painless technique that allows to camouflage and improve the appearance of any body or facial scar when the surgery cannot be applied.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

Differences between tattooing and micropigmentation of scars<\/h4>

At present, there are two techniques for concealing scars<\/strong>: tattooing or micropigmentation<\/strong>. They are different techniques but achieve similar results.<\/p>

If the colour of the tattoo lasts for life, then why not get a tattoo? What exactly are the differences between a tattoo and a micropigmentation treatment?<\/p>

Although the purpose of both micropigmentation and tattooing are the same, the technique, the equipment and the composition of the colours used are different. <\/strong><\/p>

The tattoo ink is more permanent and has greater durability<\/strong>, however, the colours are more vibrant and less natural, furthermore, the inks with a greater composition of red have a higher incidence of allergy, which is why we advise you to carry out an allergy test beforehand.<\/p>

The micropigmentation <\/strong>process is carried out with the help of a digital device called a dermograph<\/strong><\/em>, which uses nano-needles<\/strong> through which the pigment is inserted into the different layers of the skin<\/strong>, in a similar way to a tattoo, but less traumatic for the skin.<\/p>

Scar recovery<\/h4>

Although the reality is that the scar does not disappear, after the application of the micropigmentation<\/strong> treatment an almost perfect optical reconstruction is achieved, reducing the size of the scars visually and improving the tone, texture and luminosity of the skin<\/strong>.<\/p>
